1. How do I place an order?

2. What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept payments through Bank Deposit / Online Bank Transfer — BDO, BPI, or GCash.
3. What courier do you use?
We use Blitz Delivery and Fifth Express for Metro Manila, and LBC for Provincial.
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days within Metro Manila, and 7-14 business days for provincial orders.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All transactions are considered final. We assure that orders are carefully packaged and are in their best condition. Once package has been handed to the third party courier, we cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged items.
